We specialise in emergency same-day and 24 hour ballscrew rebuilds. Our team of highly trained experienced engineers will evaluate the condition of a ballscrew, and provide a same day detailed assessment
with recommendations for levels of repair or remanufacture.
Our service commitment to you includes:
- 24-hour 7 days a week turn round on repair orders. If complexity of repair or distance means we can't meet this, we will
agree a date with you and deliver on time.
- High-grade materials that meet or beat manufacturer's
specifications.
- All repair levels include inspection, cleaning, reballing and straightening. Nut and shaft regrind are included if
required.

Full warranty on the workmanship for 6 months.
In addition, BXR Ballscrews keeps a range of stock replacement ballscrew assemblies, transfers and wipers to minimize customers’ downtime. We can offer replacement
ballscrews on any ballscrew that is unrepairable.
DIN Standard can be supplied in most cases within 7 days.
